I am an experienced agile coach, practicing Agile methods and mindset since 2001. I’ve coached numerous teams and organizations with their first steps in Agile and Scrum. My strengths are in empowering teams and helping organizations adopt to the Agile ways of working. I do this with a flexible combination of Training, Mentoring, Coaching and Facilitating. My goal is to get individuals, teams and organizations on their own feet as fast as possible, so they can continue their Agile journey on their own.
